To say that our newest staff members have been “worth the wait” is a huge understatement. After many months of searching and prayer, eager to fill several key staff positions, our Joy House team is finally taking shape! New resident orientations have resumed, and Joy House has already welcomed three new families into the program. We have been overjoyed to see God’s provision during this season in the life of our ministry, and the sense of momentum and renewal it brings.
Please consider how you might support these women—and the mothers and children they serve—with your gift to Providence Network on Colorado Gives Day.
Clockwise from top left:
De’Leathia Hightower, Community Manager
De’Leathia joined our PN family earlier this year, bringing a wealth of experience in corporate leadership and ministry. A Detroit native, she holds two seminary degrees, including an M.A. in Christian Formation and Soul Care from Denver Seminary.
Rachael McCuaig, Assistant Community Manager
Rachael has been on our live-in staff since 2018, first at Providence House and then Joy House. A mother of two, Rachael has a tremendous passion for helping moms overcoming trauma. She is also a gifted singer-songwriter who often performs locally.
Robin Platt, Community Partner
Also joining us in 2022, Robin and her husband, Dale, moved into Joy House after years volunteering with Open Door Fellowship church. Robin is a certified Stephen Minister and attends TELOS School of Discipleship. We’re so grateful for both of them!
Jamie Rosenberry, Case Manager
Jamie has been serving with PN for two years and pursuing her Master of Social Work from CSU. In her new position, Jamie will help to address the vast psycho-social needs of our residents. She and husband Bruce welcomed a daughter in August.
These incredible women join veteran Joy House staffers Dana Jones, Sue Gembarowski and Brenda Johnson (program director and counseling co-directors) to complete the team.
You can join our Joy House team, too!
A long-time board member has issued this Colorado Gives Day challenge:
“Raise $100,000 by December 6, and I’ll contribute $25,000 more!”
It’s ambitious, but we think we can get there, together. Will you partner with us?
