Kacey Pickard, President

As Deputy District Attorney for Colorado’s 18th Judicial District, Kacey’s legal work often focuses on the populations we serve. Her perspective and insights are extremely valuable as we strive to maintain a program that is relevant and effective for our residents.

Chad Scherer, Treasurer

Chad is the Independent Trustee of Scherer Trustees. He holds an active CPA license in the state of Colorado and provides meaningful support to the accounting and finance functions of the organization.

Kim Bolt, Secretary

A philanthropist at heart, Kim has contributed numerous hours toward the strategic planning and coordination of events that raised significant funds for the benefit of many nonprofits.

Andrew Chapin

Andrew is a Senior Housing Developer with Maiker Housing Partners. Along with his experience in campus ministry, he offers a rich understanding of how to leverage housing for the sake of people’s restoration.

F. Kevin Kurtz

As Founder and President of Newcastle Properties, Kevin provides expertise in commercial real estate and property development/management that has been crucial to the growth of our transitional and affordable housing programs.

Jerry Middel

As a longtime member and past President of the Board, Jerry has contributed in many ways to the success of Providence Network through his background in financial planning and relationships in the philanthropic community.

David Milholm

Dave has served in leadership roles on several faith-based boards and in mentoring and tutoring capacities with at-risk youth. He is a CPA with 30 years of corporate financial management experience, primarily in oil & gas and biomedical sciences.

Andy Cannon, Ex Officio Member

As Co-Founder of Providence Network, Pastor Andy has over 35 years of experience in inner-city ministry, including successfully establishing transitional housing programs. He is a visionary leader with incredible compassion for serving others.

Derek Kuykendall, Ex Officio Member

Derek is the Executive Director of Providence Network and brings over 25 years of human service, social justice ministry and transformational housing leadership to this role. He holds a master’s degree in Social Work and is a native of Colorado.
